Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will be accepted under the following conditions:
Timeframe: You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: The returned items must be unused and in their original, unaltered state (the packaging does not need to be intact).
Product Issues: Refunds are available only for items that have defects caused by us, such as shipping damage, poor print quality, or other manufacturing errors.
Customer Error: In cases where the issue is caused by the customer, such as ordering the wrong size or color, we accept returns or exchanges provided that the product is unused and the packaging remains intact. However, all costs associated with the return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email us at support@gretee.com with the following information:
Order number
Email address used for the order
Whether you prefer a refund or replacement
Clear images or videos of the defect, along with a description of the issue
Note: Ensure images clearly show the defect and product design to confirm it matches your order.
Review Process: Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond via email. Please check both your inbox and spam folder.
Approval/Denial: After reviewing your case, we’ll notify you whether your refund request is approved or denied.
Next Steps
If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method. No further action is needed from you.
If you requested a replacement, we will contact you for further details on how to proceed with the exchange.
Important Notes
Refunds: Refunds cover only the product price and do not include shipping costs. For example:
- If you bought an item for $50 with a $10 shipping fee, you'll receive a $50 refund.
- If you received free shipping, your refund will still be for the product value of $50.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to appear.
If your bank shows no record of the refund, contact them.
